Coskun Academy Consulting (CAC) is a Germany-based international education consultancy working across institutional partnerships, program development, international pathways and student mobility.
Our work is built around a simple reality: international education does not begin and end with a university application. Students move between education systems with different qualifications and admission structures. Schools seek stronger international opportunities for their students. Universities entering new regions need trusted local knowledge and institutional relationships. International programs need appropriate partners, academic structures and delivery environments.
CAC works across these different parts of international education, helping institutions and individuals build practical connections between them.
Headquartered in Germany and supported by operational structures and institutional relationships in Central Asia, we combine international education expertise with direct knowledge of the regions and education systems in which we work.
More Than Study Abroad Consulting
Student counseling and university admission remain important parts of our work, but CAC has developed considerably beyond the conventional study-abroad agency model.
Today, our activities extend across three interconnected areas.
Working with Institutions
We work with schools, colleges, universities and education providers on internationalization, institutional partnerships, student mobility, regional engagement and international program development.
For schools and colleges, this can mean developing a structured international education system for students: from academic orientation and university planning to international pathways, mobility opportunities and institutional cooperation.
For universities and education providers, our role can include student recruitment, regional representation, partnership development, market engagement and the development of collaborative academic and progression models.
Our objective is not simply to introduce two institutions. We aim to identify forms of cooperation that have a clear academic and operational purpose.
Developing Programs and Pathways
A growing part of CAC's work is focused on creating structured routes between national education systems and international education opportunities.
These may involve foundation and university progression programs, international secondary-school qualifications, institutional pathway agreements or new models developed around the needs of particular student groups and education systems.
Through this work, students do not necessarily need to make an immediate transition from their home education system directly into a foreign university. International programs and qualifications can be introduced locally, academic gaps can be addressed, and progression can be planned more deliberately.
Our work with international pathway and secondary education programs reflects this approach, while new models connecting Central Asia with Germany and other international education systems continue to be developed.
Advising Students and Families
At the individual level, CAC provides highly personalized academic and international education consulting for students and families.
The objective is not simply to produce a list of universities or process applications. Effective international education planning requires understanding the student's academic profile, ambitions, strengths, interests and circumstances before deciding which countries, universities, qualifications or pathways make sense.
Our advisory work can therefore begin well before an application is submitted and continue through academic planning, profile development, university and program selection, scholarship strategy, applications, admissions and enrollment.
For families seeking ambitious international options, this provides a single strategic framework rather than a collection of disconnected services.
One Organization, Different Levels of International Education
What distinguishes CAC is the ability to work at several levels of the education ecosystem.
We may advise an individual student planning an undergraduate degree abroad. At another level, we may work with a school to establish an international university counseling and mobility structure for an entire cohort. We may support a university seeking stronger engagement in Central Asia, or work with an international education provider to introduce a recognized program into a new market.
These activities are different, but they reinforce one another.
Working directly with students provides insight into changing aspirations, admission challenges and family priorities. Working with schools provides an understanding of local curricula and student preparation. Relationships with universities and international education providers create access to progression opportunities and institutional expertise. Program development allows some of those opportunities to be established locally rather than accessed only after students leave their home countries.
This combination enables CAC to approach international education from both the institutional and individual perspective.
Germany, Central Asia and an International Network
CAC is headquartered in Germany, with particularly strong operational and institutional engagement in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
This position gives the organization a distinctive role between European and Central Asian education systems. At the same time, our work is not limited to this corridor. CAC maintains relationships and professional engagement with universities, schools, program providers and international education organizations across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Asia and other international education destinations.
Our international reach is built through direct institutional relationships, professional networks, program partnerships and continued participation in the international education sector.
We are careful about these distinctions. A formal partnership, a represented university, a progression institution and a wider professional relationship are not the same thing. Institutional credibility depends on describing these relationships accurately.
Building Connections That Lead Somewhere
International education is most valuable when connections lead to something concrete: a student progressing successfully to university, a school establishing a stronger international program, a university entering a region with an informed strategy, or institutions developing a pathway that did not previously exist.
That is the role CAC seeks to play.
We connect institutions, but also help determine what those connections can achieve. We advise students, but within a wider understanding of the education systems they are entering. We develop programs not as isolated products, but as routes between qualifications, institutions and future opportunities.
CAC remains an agile international education organization. Our strength lies not in presenting ourselves as a large multinational education company, but in combining academic and international education expertise, regional knowledge, institutional access and the ability to develop practical solutions across borders.
