Coskun Academy Consulting operates from Germany with established regional capacity in Central Asia and an international network extending across major education destinations worldwide.
Our geographical model combines three different levels of presence: a European headquarters in Germany, operational structures and institutional relationships in Central Asia, and a wider international network of universities, schools, program providers and education organizations.
This distinction matters. International reach is not the same as having an office in every country. CAC's model is to develop strong operational capacity in the regions where we work most intensively while building direct institutional connections internationally.
Germany
Headquarters — Magdeburg, Germany
Germany is the institutional and strategic base of Coskun Academy Consulting.
Being headquartered within one of Europe's largest education systems gives CAC direct proximity to German higher education, vocational education and the wider European international education sector.
Germany is also increasingly important to our program development. CAC is developing structured approaches to help international students and partner institutions navigate German university preparation, higher education, language pathways and vocational opportunities.
At an institutional level, our German base enables us to engage with European universities, education organizations and international partners from within the European education environment rather than operating solely as an overseas recruitment organization.
Kyrgyzstan
Regional Operations — Bishkek
Kyrgyzstan represents one of CAC's strongest areas of operational and institutional activity.
Through PACE Consulting Services and PACE International Study Centre in Bishkek, CAC participates directly in international student mobility, academic pathway development and the delivery of international education opportunities within Central Asia.
PACE International Study Centre is an NCUK Study Centre, creating the infrastructure for students to begin recognized international university pathway programs in Kyrgyzstan before progressing to universities abroad.
CAC also works closely with schools, colleges and higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan on international education strategy, university progression, institutional partnerships and program development.
This combination of program delivery, institutional relationships and local operational capacity makes Kyrgyzstan more than a recruitment market for CAC. It is a location in which international education infrastructure is being actively developed.
Kazakhstan
Regional Engagement — Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan is another important part of CAC's Central Asian network.
CAC works with OXUS Global Student Mobility to support regional engagement and international education activity in Kazakhstan.
The country's large higher education sector, internationally oriented schools and growing demand for global academic opportunities make Kazakhstan strategically important for university partnerships, student mobility, institutional representation and the development of new education programs.
Our work in Kazakhstan forms part of a broader objective: creating stronger and more sustainable connections between Central Asian institutions and international education systems.
Beyond Central Asia
CAC's institutional reach extends considerably beyond the locations where we maintain direct operational capacity.
Our work and professional relationships connect us with universities, schools, pathway providers and international education organizations across the United Kingdom, wider Europe, Canada and North America, Asia and other international education markets.
These relationships take different forms. Some institutions are formal or program partners. Others are represented institutions, progression universities, schools and colleges within our mobility network, or organizations with which CAC maintains active professional and institutional relationships.
We deliberately distinguish between these categories rather than presenting every international connection as a formal partnership.
A Regional Platform with Global Connections
CAC's geographical model reflects the type of organization we are building.
Germany provides our European institutional base.
Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan provide regional knowledge, operational capacity and direct access to Central Asian education environments.
Our wider international network connects that regional infrastructure with universities, schools, qualifications, programs and opportunities internationally.
Together, these elements allow CAC to work in both directions: helping international institutions engage with Central Asia while helping students, schools and universities in the region connect with education opportunities elsewhere in the world.
Our objective is not to claim a presence everywhere.
It is to be strongly positioned where we operate, knowledgeable about the education systems we connect, and internationally connected where our students and institutional partners need us to be.
